Fried potatoes with vegetables and ketchup
Ingredients
  • young potatoes - 500 g.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic cloves - 3 pcs.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • ketchup "Maheev" - 4 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil
  • greens for serving

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Add to potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, mix everything well. Cook for about 7 more minutes. Then add the Maheev ketchup, stir and turn off the stove. Leave the potatoes covered for another 5 minutes. then sprinkle with herbs and serve.
