Kutab with herbs
Kutaby is a popular appetizer that is cooked throughout the Caucasus. A thin crescent-shaped cake can be stuffed with anything - meat, cheese, cottage cheese, herbs and vegetables. But kutab with greens is perhaps the most delicious option. In addition, you don't have to think about what you eat baked goods - a thin cake, herbs, everything is very dietary.
Ingredients
- spinach - 120 g
- green onions - 80 g
- dill - 80 g
- flour - 40 g
- sum - 4 g
- butter - 40 g
- mason 1.5% - 200 g

- mayonnaise - 120 g
- egg - 2pcs
- water - 600 ml
- salt - 30 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Sift flour into a bowl. Dissolve the salt in water (60 ml), add to flour and mix. Add the remaining water, mayonnaise and egg to the flour. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Separate a piece the size of a walnut from the dough. Roll it into a very thin cake. Put 1-2 tablespoons on one side of the cake. filling, cover with the other side and pinch the edges.
Step 3
Fry in a dry skillet on both sides without oil until beautiful golden brown, about 1.5 minutes.
Step 4
Grease kutabs with melted butter after fried.
