Meatball Soup
This soup can be prepared from any minced meat or fish, with various additives in the form of vegetables or noodles and rice.
Ingredients
- pork 350 g
- vermicelli 100 g
- potatoes 3 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- bay leaf 1 pc.
- black pepper 10 peas
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the pork into pieces and mince twice. Add salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste. Knead the minced meat and form the meatballs. In a three-liter saucepan, boil water and boil the formed meatballs in it for 20 minutes. Then add bay leaf and peppercorns to the pan.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into cubes. Three carrots on a coarse grater. Put vegetables in the soup.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan until golden brown.
Step 4
Boil the vermicelli separately for 4 minutes in salted water. Then we wash the finished noodles under cold running water.
Step 5
When the potatoes are ready, add the onion and noodles to the soup. Cook the soup for a couple of minutes and remove it from heat.
