Minced meat and rice casserole
Delicious, simple and hearty minced meat casserole.
Ingredients
- rice (boiled until half cooked) 1 cup (s)
- minced meat 500 g
- carrots 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- eggs 3 pcs.
- sour cream 3 tbsp
- cheese 50 g
- salt (to taste) 1/2 tsp
- spices (to taste) 1 pinch (s)
- vegetable oil for frying 1 tbsp.
- greens - for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Rinse the rice and boil in salted water until half cooked for 15-20 minutes, put it in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Peel the onions and carrots, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onions and fry until blush, add minced meat, salt and spices and fry for 15-20 minutes over medium heat, stirring after 2-3 minutes (do not cover with a lid)
