Rainbow casserole with minced chicken and vegetables. This rainbow casserole is as easy to cook as it tastes good! Feta perfectly sets off the taste of minced meat and rice!

Ingredients
  • rice 250 g
  • minced chicken 500 g
  • chicken egg (1 pc in a casserole, 1 pc for greasing) 2 pcs.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • zucchini 1 pc.
  • bell pepper (green, yellow, red) 3 pcs.
  • eggplant 1 pc.
  • carrots 1 pc.
  • feta 150 g
  • salt (to taste) 2-3 pinch (s)
  • ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
  • seasoning "Italian herbs" 1/4 tsp
  • hard cheese 3 tbsp.
  • cream 10-20% 100 ml
  • additionally: olive oil (1 tablespoon for greasing the mold, 2 tablespoons for greasing vegetables) 3 tablespoons
  • dry garlic (you can also finely chopped fresh) 1/2 tsp.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Place the mixture in a mold 30 cm in diameter, generously oiled with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into thin strips and blanch them for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the zucchini, eggplant and peppers into strips.
Step 4
Arrange the vegetables, pressing them into the minced meat over the entire surface of the casserole with rainbow rings.
Step 5
Combine olive oil, garlic and some salt and brush over all vegetables.
Step 6
Beat the cream with the egg and use a spoon to pour the mixture between all the vegetables.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 "C for 30-40 minutes. Focus on your oven.
