Old Polish gingerbread cake
A fragrant winter cake based on a Polish gingerbread recipe. The rich spicy-honey taste of the cakes is remarkably set off by sour cream with a slight sourness. Soft, aromatic and melts in your mouth.

- dough:
- flour 500 g
- honey 250 g
- butter 125 g
- brown sugar 1 cup (s)
- small egg 2 pcs.

- gingerbread spices 3-4 tsp
- nuts (optional)
- candied fruits (optional)
- cream:
- sour cream 20% 1.5 l
- powdered sugar 0.5 cup (s)
- lemon juice 3 tablespoons
