STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the potatoes into large pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Drain the potatoes, mash in mashed potatoes and mix with butter.
Step 2
Chop the leek into rings. Fry until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl. Fry the minced meat in a place with chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Put half of the mashed potatoes, leeks and minced meat with tomatoes in a mold. Cover with the remaining puree and smooth the surface.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Combine cheese, mustard, salt, pepper, thyme and nutmeg in a bowl. Add cream and egg, mix well and pour into mold. Bake for 20 minutes.
