Pumpkin cream soup with corn
Pumpkin Cream Soup is quite simple and very easy to make. It can be served in an interesting and original way by organizing a "plate" or "tureen" from the skeleton of the same pumpkin from which it was made.
Ingredients
- pumpkin - 200 g
- onions - 150 g
- corn grains - 150g
- water - 200 ml
- cream 33% - 200 ml
- butter - 30 g
- salt - 15 g
- pepper - 1g

Step 1
Chop vegetables at random and fry in butter.
Step 2
Add water and simmer until soft.
Step 3
Add cream, salt and pepper.
