Salad with couscous, seaweed, avocado and sea cocktail
Ingredients
- couscous 80 g
- salt to taste
- mixture of peppers to taste
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- seaweed 80 g
- pickled mussels 80 g
- avocado 1/2 pc.
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- parsley
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pour boiling water over couscous, cover and leave for 8-10 minutes. Remove the lid, cool, sprinkle with a mixture of peppers, salt, sprinkle with olive oil and loosen with a fork.
Step 2
Peel and dice the avocado. Add mussels.
Step 3
Add seaweed, salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil
Step 4
Put couscous in bowls or glasses, top with a salad of avocado, seaweed and mussels. Enjoy your meal! Decorate with a sprig of parsley.
