Chicken protein cake
Ingredients
  • 400 g boiled chicken breast
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 50 ml yogurt
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 celery stalks
  • a bunch of parsley
  • salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Mix yogurt with cottage cheese, add chopped parsley, salt. For celery, cut off the hard drags, chop the stalks thinly. Cut the chicken into small cubes.
Step 2
Break two eggs into a large bowl. For the other two eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, add the whites to a bowl, and set the yolks aside (they can, for example, be frozen until better times).
Step 3
Shake the omelet mass vigorously with a whisk.
Step 4
Preheat a flat non-stick skillet (you can also use a pancake). Lubricate the bottom of the skillet with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Spread 4 tablespoons over the pan. omelet mass in the form of a thin pancake, cover and cook for 1 minute on each side.
Step 6
Place the "pancake" on a serving plate, let it cool slightly. Brush it with cottage cheese, top with chicken and celery.
Step 7
Prepare more pancakes (the mass should be enough for 2-3 pancakes). Also coat them with cottage cheese and lay the chicken. Garnish the top of the "cake" with herbs and serve.
