Salad with potatoes, goat cheese and grapes
Grapes are a rather subtle addition to a salad of potatoes, goat cheese, red onions, and fresh basil. But when you taste it, you will be cooking all year round.
Ingredients
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 200 g red grapes
- 1 red onion (sliced into rings)
- 200 g goat cheese
- 3 tbsp. l. white wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp. l. basil leaves
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil potatoes in salted water, 25 minutes, cool. Cut the grapes in half. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Step 2
Whisk the vinegar, salt, pepper and oil together. Mix with potatoes and grapes.
Step 3
Place the salad on a plate and sprinkle with goat cheese on top.
