Vegetable salad with smoked salmon
Ingredients
- tomatoes 1 pc.
- fresh cucumbers 1 pc.
- radish 4 pcs.
- bell pepper 0.5 pcs.
- champignons 3 pcs.
- green onions 2 pcs.
- cilantro 3 sprigs
- dill 3 sprigs
- salted red fish (salmon) 80 g
- lemon juice
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
- lettuce for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Dice vegetables, radishes into rings. Cut the fish into cubes.
Step 2
Chop the champignons, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Leave on for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients together. Mix gently. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds, dried in a dry pan. Season to taste with pepper, season with oil.
