Sausage soup
You don't need a lot of skill to prepare such food. According to the cooking principle, sausage soup is prepared in the usual way, only sausage is added instead of meat.
Ingredients
- Krakow sausage 500 g
- potatoes 4 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- bay leaf 2 pcs.
- allspice peas 7 pcs.
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Transfer the cooked onion to a bowl.
Step 2
Three carrots on a coarse grater, also fry them and put in a bowl with onions.
Step 3
We clean the Krakow sausage from the film, cut into small cubes and fry. After, transfer to a container with onions and carrots, mix.
Step 4
We clean, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.
Step 5
Fill a metal five-liter saucepan halfway with water and put on fire. After the water boils, put the chopped potatoes into a saucepan and cook it until it starts to boil. Then add fried vegetables with sausage to the potatoes. Bring the soup to a boil, add salt, add allspice peas and bay leaf. Cook the soup for a few more minutes, then turn off the burner, close the lid and leave the soup to simmer for another 10 minutes.
