  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium bunch of cilantro
  • hops-suneli
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Disassemble the cabbage into leaves, remove the stalk. Boil water in a wide saucepan, place the leaves, cook until soft, about 5 minutes, drain in a colander, cool slightly and squeeze out the liquid with your hands.
Step 2
Chopped cilantro, peeled and chopped onions and garlic, grind with an immersion blender into a paste.
Step 3
Pass the nuts through a meat grinder. In another bowl, pass the cabbage through a meat grinder (if there is too much liquid left, squeeze the mass with your hands), mix with the rest of the ingredients, adding the suneli hops, salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Form half-hand-sized oval dumplings from the resulting mass and place on a platter. Make a small indentation on top with your thumb. Pour the pomegranate into this depression and serve with the lamb.
