Seaweed salad
A light and healthy salad. Can be served as a side dish with meat or fish dishes. Suitable for a festive table.
Ingredients
- pickled seaweed 300 g
- crab sticks 100 g
- quail eggs 10 pcs.
- green onions 0.5 bunch
- mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
- ground black pepper 1 pinch
- 1 pinch salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Put quail eggs in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from boiling water and cover with cold water.
Step 2
Peel the eggs, first cut into halves, and then cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Wash green onions, dry them, chop finely. Leave a small part for decoration. Combine seaweed, eggs, crab sticks, onions, season with mayonnaise (1 tsp. Set aside), sprinkle with pepper, stir. If necessary, salt to taste.
Step 4
Put the salad into a plate in a slide. Make a small depression on the top of the slide, put mayonnaise and insert the set aside crab sticks in the form of a flower. Sprinkle with the remaining green onions. Serve to the table.
