Snack pies with cheese on dough with seaweed
Original dough on whole grain flour with the addition of dry seaweed, spicy cheese filling with the addition of a mixture of peppers. Excellent snack pies, you can take with you to nature, to work.
Ingredients
- FOR TEST:
- whole grain flour 2 cup (s)
- wheat flour glass (s)
- olive oil 3 tablespoons
- salt 1 tsp
- sugar 1/2 tsp.
- dry seaweed 2 tsp
- fast-acting yeast 1 tsp
- FOR FILLING:
- hard cheese in plates 200 g
- pepper mix to taste
- FOR THE TOP OF THE PIES:
- egg yolk 1 pc.
- mixture of peppers to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Lightly chop the seaweed.
Step 2
For the dough, place the ingredients in the bowl of the bread machine in the following sequence: water, olive oil, both flours, salt, sugar, yeast and seaweed. Switch on dough mode.
Step 3
At the end of kneading, remove the dough from the HP bowl and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Divide the dough into pieces.
Step 5
Roll out each part of the dough. Cut the cheese with platinum in half, put on a rolled piece of dough, sprinkle with a mixture of peppers on top.
Step 6
Form flat pies, make cuts on top, leave to rise in a warm place for 20-25 minutes.
Step 7
Brush the matching pies with whipped egg yolk, sprinkle with the sesame mixture.
Step 8
Bake in an oven preheated to 10 degrees for 25 minutes.
