Squid stuffed with salmon
A very tasty dish: fragrant juicy tender fish in the arms of squid, ideal with rice as a side dish. When serving, sprinkle the fish with sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- salmon fillet 300 g
- large squid 2 pcs.
- lemon 1 pc.
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- chili pepper 1/2 pc.
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- olive oil 4 tablespoons
- sesame seeds 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare the marinade: mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and zest, slightly chop the seedless chili, pepper.
Step 2
Marinate the skinned and boneless salmon in this sauce for 5 minutes. The oven at this stage can already be turned on for 200 degrees.
Step 3
Wash the squid, peel off the films, remove the chord, salt a little. Pickled salmon will be baked in the squid, which means that all the juices will also be absorbed into the squid, it turns out very tasty. Remove the salmon from the marinade, fold with a jack and pack inside the squid.
Step 4
Line the form with foil, pour a couple of tablespoons of olive oil on it, lay the squid. Seal tightly and place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. During this time, the fish will be baked, become juicy, tender, and the squid will hug it tightly.
Step 5
Cut the finished squid into slices, put on a dish, sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds. Rice is great as a side dish, this time I had black. Enjoy your meal!
