Turkey cutlets with pickles and dill
Soft, juicy and incredibly tasty cutlets!
Ingredients
- turkey (fillet) 300 g
- onion 1 pc.
- pickled cucumbers 4 pcs.
- egg 1 pc.
- dill 1 bunch (s)
- white bread 2 pcs.
- ground coriander 0.5 tsp
- salt to taste
- pepper on vkeus
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- milk 0.5 glass (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Let's prepare products for cutlets.
Step 2
Twist the turkey fillet over minced meat with onions.
Step 3
Soak white bread (loaf, roll) in milk for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the minced meat, white bread, egg, finely chopped dill, pickles chopped in a blender. Take it in a large bunch.
Step 5
Add cream, salt, pepper, add seasoning. Mix the minced meat well.
Step 6
Fry the cutlets in a well-heated frying pan until golden brown.
