Turkey roll with complex filling and mustard-mayonnaise sauce

We continue the marathon with "MAHEEV"! We use not one, but three products from MAHEEV at once: granular mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. This signature dish is a mix of two world famous cuisines, flavored with a Caucasian accent! Diet turkey meat turned out to be juicy and spicy, thanks to the complex flavoring filling and aromas of lamb lard with smoked paprika. A crispy pan-Asian salad perfectly balances the vibrant flavor of the poultry.

Ingredients
  • turkey breast fillet 1 kg
  • lamb interior fat mesh 1 pc.
  • olive oil 4 tablespoons
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • onion 1 pc.
  • walnuts 50 g
  • garlic (cloves) 2 pcs.
  • almonds (flakes) 2 tablespoons
  • dried cherries 2 tbsp
  • ketchup "MAHEEV" 2 tbsp.
  • smoked paprika 1 tsp
  • carrots 1 pc.
  • daikon radish 1 pc.
  • red onion 1/2 pc.
  • green onions 2 pcs.
  • cilantro (twigs) 2 pcs.
  • coriander (seeds) 1 tsp.
  • black peppercorns 1/3 tsp
  • grainy mustard "MAKHEEV" 2 tsp.
  • balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise "MAHEEV" 3 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the turkey fillet in the middle lengthwise, without finishing until the end, and open like a book. Beat off the open fillet evenly - you should get a rectangular piece of about 30 x 20 cm and a thickness of about 1 cm. Lubricate the inner surface of the prepared fillet with MAKHEEV ketchup.
Step 2
Prepare mustard sauce: mix mayonnaise and grainy mustard "MAHEEV" (1 ½ tsp), add lemon juice (to taste) and a pinch of smoked paprika, mix again.
Step 3
Serve turkey roll with a complex filling with vegetable salad and mustard-mayonnaise sauce.
