Turkey roll with spinach and walnuts
Delicious turkey roll with a very aromatic filling.
Ingredients
- turkey fillet 500 g
- spinach 70 g
- walnuts 100 g
- sweet pepper 0.3 pcs.
- fresh rosemary 3 sprigs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- paprika 1 tsp.
- provencal herbs 3 tsp
- pepper to taste
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- mustard beans 3 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Spread the turkey fillet and cut where necessary so that the meat layer is rectangular. Beat off with a hammer.
Step 2
Prepare a marinade for meat from Provencal herbs, vegetable oil, pepper, paprika and salt. Coat the broken turkey layer and leave for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Place spinach on top of the turkey. I have it frozen, I thawed it and wrung it out. Put walnuts, chopped with a blender, on top of the spinach. Cut the bell peppers into small strips and put them on the edge. Roll the meat into a roll and tie it with culinary thread.
Step 4
Cover the roll with rosemary sprigs. Cover the roll with foil and bake for 50-60 minutes. Then remove the foil, grease the roll on top with mustard and put it in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Leave the roll to cool slightly and serve, removing the threads.
