  • tomato ketchup "Maheev" (classic) 150 g
  • boiled water 50 g
  • salt 0.5 tsp
  • hops-suneli 1 tsp.
  • paprika 1 tsp.
  • red hot pepper 2 pinch (s)
  • dried mint 0.5 tsp.
  • horseradish "Maheev" 1 tsp
  • apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
  • sugar 1 tsp.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Cooking minced meat: chop the meat with a knife until minced. Grind fat tail fat, onion and garlic. Three potatoes on a fine grater, squeeze. We connect all the components. Add salt, black pepper, coriander, cumin. Knead the minced meat thoroughly. We put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
