Turkey kebab with fat tail
Ingredients
- for minced meat: turkey thigh fillet 400 g
- fat tail fat 150 g
- onion 100 g
- garlic 20 g
- potatoes 100 g
- salt 1 tsp
- black pepper 1 tsp
- zira 1 tsp.
- coriander 0.5 tsp.
- for sauce: Bulgarian red pepper 100 g
- garlic 20 g
- dill 15 g
- cumin 15 g
- tomato ketchup "Maheev" (classic) 150 g
- boiled water 50 g
- salt 0.5 tsp
- hops-suneli 1 tsp.
- paprika 1 tsp.
- red hot pepper 2 pinch (s)
- dried mint 0.5 tsp.
- horseradish "Maheev" 1 tsp
- apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
- sugar 1 tsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cooking minced meat: chop the meat with a knife until minced. Grind fat tail fat, onion and garlic. Three potatoes on a fine grater, squeeze. We connect all the components. Add salt, black pepper, coriander, cumin. Knead the minced meat thoroughly. We put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
Step 2
Cooking the sauce: finely chop the bell pepper and garlic. Add water, ketchup, spices, herbs, horseradish (optional) and apple cider vinegar. We punch with a blender, but not hard, small pieces of bell pepper should remain.
Step 3
We form sausages from minced meat and fry on the grill (or brazier) until tender. Serve with sauce in pita bread.
