Turkish coffee with garlic and rosemary.
At first glance, it might seem that garlic and rosemary don't go well with coffee! But I have tried such coffee in Turkey and I want to say that it is a very aromatic, harmonious in its components, hearty and tasty drink. This coffee is traditional Turkish and is usually served with olives or olives, because it is here not as a drink, but as a delicious snack!
Ingredients
- coffee beans 30 g
- garlic clove 1 pc.
- fresh rosemary sprig 1 pc.
- water 200 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients. Peel the garlic, wash and dry the rosemary.
Step 2
The coffee needs to be ground. Put ground coffee, garlic and rosemary in a Turk.
Step 3
Cover with water and bring to a boil. As soon as the coffee boils, remove it from the heat for a minute, then put it back on the fire. And so 3 times.
Step 4
Serve coffee with olives or olives. Enjoy your meal!
