Ingredients
  • filo dough (if you have square-shaped sheets, you will need a little more dough) 8-10 pcs.
  • butter 100 g
  • apples 1 kg
  • rum 1 tbsp
  • cinnamon 1 tsp (or apple pie mix)
  • sugar 150 g
  • lemon juice 1/2 pc.
  • vanilla sugar 1 pack.
  • I also added 2 tablespoons of cranberries

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Pour lemon juice over them immediately
Step 2
Melt 30 g of butter in a frying pan, darken the apples in it for 5-7 minutes, add cranberries if you like. Then add 100 g of sugar mixed with cinnamon and rum. Bring the apple mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat, add vanilla essence, stir and cool.
Step 3
Then gently wrap the edges of the filo into the mold one at a time. No need to try to lay them flat. The top of the crustada should be "sloppy". Gently grease the top with the remaining butter, sprinkle a little with sugar.
Step 4
Bake in an oven preheated to 190 grams for 25-30 minutes. Cool the cake completely, then remove from the mold

Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
