Vietnamese eggs in a fur coat

Want to surprise your loved ones for dinner with something new, but not spend a lot of time on it? Prepare the eggs in a spicy minced pork fur coat. This dish will appeal even to those who are not very familiar with the cuisine of Southeast Asia, because there are no special ingredients in it, everything can be bought in a regular store.

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g pork pulp
  • 2 feathers of green onions
  • 4 sprigs of cilantro
  • 2 tsp rice wine or water
  • 1 tbsp. l. corn starch
  • 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • vegetable oil for deep fat

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
