Watermelon salad with feta
Watermelon is the perfect berry for almost any salad. And, oddly enough, it goes best with salty foods, such as soft cheeses or jerky, seafood, various herbs, onions and vegetables. The watermelon feta salad is an easy-to-prepare and healthy option for a summer meal.
Ingredients
- watermelon - 880 g
- feta cheese - 400 g
- olive oil - 80 g
- pine nuts - 40 g
- mint - 40 g
- oregano dry - 0.04 g
- cream and milk for soaking feta
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel and seed the watermelon and chop it arbitrarily.
Step 2
Soak the feta in cream and milk and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Insist olive oil on mint and pour over salad and cheese.
Step 4
Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts. Decorate with oregano and mint.
