Watermelon with foie gras and camembert is an unusual and at the same time perfect combination of flavors. A great snack for a summer buffet table with a full range of seasonal products - cherries, fresh mint, tomatoes and blueberries.

Ingredients
  • watermelon - 600 g
  • foie gras escalope - 240 g
  • camembert - 160 g
  • cherries - 200 g
  • homemade bread - 120 g
  • peeled pistachios - 40 g
  • cherry tomatoes, red and yellow - 120 g each
  • blueberries - 40 g
  • mint - 8 g
  • watercress - 20 g
  • olive-balsamic dressing - 40 g
  • sea salt - 8 g
  • pepper - 8 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut triangles from the pulp of the watermelon. Burn them lightly on both sides in a hot dry frying pan.
Step 2
Fry the fau gras on both sides and bring to readiness either in the oven or in a pan.
Step 3
Fry the bread on both sides and dry in the oven.
Step 4
Finely chop the mint, mix with cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper and olive-balsamic dressing.
Step 5
On a plate, randomly place halves of cherry tomatoes and cherry berries (remove the seeds). Then put the fried watermelon, separately the foie gras, pieces of camembert cheese, blueberries. Decorate with watercress.
