Zucchini with minced meat in a crispy breading
Zucchini is the most summer vegetable. Dishes with it are light, juicy, with a home-like flavor. The zucchini gratefully absorbs the flavor of the spices, so add more herbs and spices.
Ingredients
- zucchini 1 pc.
- minced meat 250 g
- dill 2 sprigs
- green onions 2 sprigs
- parsley 2 sprigs
- pepper to taste
- spices "Caucasian herbs" 1 tsp.
- bread crumbs 100 g
- egg 1-2 pcs.
- starch 3 tbsp
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the zucchini well and cut into washers 2-3 cm thick. Cut the middle out of them. Season with salt and leave for 10-15 minutes. Drain the released juice.
Step 2
Prepare minced meat from any meat (chicken, turkey, pork, etc.). Finely chop a bunch of different aromatic herbs and add to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and beat off. Sprinkle zucchini rings with starch (especially inside the ring) and fill with minced meat.
Step 3
Prepare two plates, in one to loosen an egg, and in the other to mix bread crumbs with Caucasian herbs. Dip each zucchini ring with minced meat first in an egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
