Beetroot gravlax from salmon
Salmon gravlax is a popular Scandinavian dish. Jamie Oliver's beetroot salmon gravlax is not only delicious but also looks spectacular.
Ingredients
- salmon fillet 1 kg
- sea salt 1 tbsp
- cane sugar 0.5 tbsp
- cognac 1 tbsp
- grated beets 2 tbsp.
- horseradish 1 tbsp
- lemon cedar 0.5 pcs.
- dill greens 0.5 bunch (a)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cover the fish with foil and put the load on top. Store fish in the refrigerator for two days. After two days, remove the beetroot mixture from the fish and wipe the piece with a napkin. Gravlax is ready
