Bream baked in salt and spices
An incredibly simple baked fish recipe with great results! The fish is cooked without adding oil, it turns out very juicy and aromatic.
Ingredients
- bream 1.5 kg
- a mixture of pink salt and spices 350 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Gut the bream, remove the gills. Make several cuts on the back.
Step 2
Sprinkle with a handful of spicy salt on one side and the other. Cover the baking sheet with cooking paper. Pour out the remaining salt. Put the fish on the salt.
Step 3
Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 35-40 minutes.
