Broccoli and bacon puree soup
The main quality of broccoli cream soup is its consistency. A light mass in the form of green puree, supplemented with slices of fried bacon, can surprise any gourmet with its aroma.
Ingredients
- frozen broccoli 800 g
- cream 11% 600 ml
- onion 2 pcs.
- seasoning "10 vegetables" 2 tsp.
- bacon 200 g
- soda 2 pinches
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Put frozen broccoli in a saucepan, fill it with cold water and put on the stove. When the water boils, add salt and soda to the pan (green vegetables, if boiled with a small pinch of soda, become emerald in color, and this color does not "fade" during cooking) and blanch the broccoli for several minutes. Then we put the broccoli on a sieve and rinse under running water. Let's drain.
Step 2
Pour cream into a small ladle, add Maggi “10 Vegetables” seasoning, put onions cut into 4 parts and place on the stove. When the cream begins to boil, remove the ladle from the heat.
Step 3
Put boiled broccoli in a blender, pour cream strained through a sieve, salt and whisk everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the creamy broccoli mass into a saucepan, put on the fire and heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Pour the soup into bowls. And for an accent, add small pieces of fried bacon to the cream soup.
