Canned tuna cutlets

They are so small, flavorful and mouth-watering - these canned tuna patties, that it is delightful and expensive to look at them. And how delicious they are! You can make more of them and distribute them at home for work, school or college. By the way, they can also be used for making sandwiches, canapes and burgers.

Canned tuna cutlets
Ingredients
  • 600 g canned tuna
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 chili pepper
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • white bread crumbs
  • 2 handfuls of lettuce leaves
  • 100 g classic white yogurt
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the tuna, parsley and egg white.
Step 2
Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the chili peppers lengthwise and remove the stem and seeds. Chop finely. Combine with onion, garlic and tuna. Season with salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Form small balls. Heat vegetable oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes each, until golden brown.
Step 4
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Place on each plate.
Step 5
For the sauce, mix yogurt with dill and lemon juice and season with salt to taste. Place a small amount on each lettuce leaf. Place the tuna cutlets on top.
