If you want to make a delicious version of the curd casserole, this recipe is for you. Cheesecakes with orange marmalade will require a little more time and attention than a regular casserole, but breakfast will turn out to be not only delicious, but also festive.
Ingredients
- 1 large orange
- 600 g cottage cheese (2-9%)
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 packet (10 g) vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp. l. semolina
- 2 tbsp. l. corn starch
- mint leaves, zest and orange slices for garnish
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the orange thoroughly, remove the zest with a fine grater and squeeze the juice.
Step 2
Combine cottage cheese with eggs and mix with a blender until smooth. Add 4 tbsp. l. sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina, orange zest and add 1 tbsp. l. orange juice. Mix thoroughly with a blender.
Step 3
Fill the resulting mass into small baking dishes or one large dish 20-22 cm in diameter, taking up about 2/3 of their volume.
Step 4
Combine the remaining orange juice with the remaining sugar and starch. To avoid lumps, grind the mass with a blender.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the molds on top of the curd in a thin layer. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Garnish the casserole with mint leaves, leftover zest, or orange slices when serving.
