Ingredients
- 1 small bunch fresh spinach
- 2 small green apples
- half grapefruit
- 1 banana
- 30 g hazelnuts or pine nuts
- 100 ml of mineral water
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the banana. Squeeze the juice out of the grapefruit. Squeeze juice from 1 apple.
Step 2
Peel and core the second apple, cut into pieces. Chop the spinach.
Step 3
Whisk all ingredients in a blender until smooth, add ice if desired.
