Curd cheesecake with cranberries
Winter is a time rich in chic seasonal products such as cranberries, quince, feijoa. And you need to add them to your diet more often. Here's a recipe for a holiday cheesecake with a cookie base, cottage cheese filling and cranberry sauce.
Ingredients
- basis:
- biscuits 350 g
- butter 150 g
- honey 2 tbsp.
- filling:
- cottage cheese 500 g
- fat sour cream 250 g
- honey 100 g
- eggs 2 pcs.
- vanilla
- sauce:
- cranberries 400 g
- honey 80 g
- corn starch 1 tbsp
- lemon 1 pc.
- vanillin
- water 60 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
The foundation. Melt butter with honey. Grind the cookies into small crumbs. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass.
Step 2
Put in a split form (I have 22 cm). Tamp down very well. I use a potato grinder for this. Put in the refrigerator for now.
Step 3
Sauce. Put the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan, bring to a boil, cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat, cool.
Step 4
Serve cheesecake with sauce. Enjoy your meal!
