STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Peel, wash, dry onions, garlic. Grind in a meat grinder or blender. Soak the roll in water, squeeze lightly. Add bread, onions and garlic to the minced meat, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Wash parsley, dry, chop finely.
Divide the minced meat into 10 identical balls. Make a round cake from the ball. Open the package of Hochland Processed Cheese "Outdoor Picnic. Assorted". Take 4 triangles of different cheeses, free from foil. On each flatbread, put in the center a piece of processed cheese - 1/3 of the triangle (a little more), a pinch of chopped parsley on top.
Connect the ends of the cakes and shape the cutlets.
Dip the cutlets in flour. Shake off excess flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add cutlets. First fry on one side until golden brown.
Then turn the cutlets over to the other side and fry until golden brown. Reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the cutlets for 8 - 10 minutes.
Put the hot cutlets on a plate. Garnish with mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, fresh vegetables and herbs.
