Fragrant crucian carp in sour cream
Fragrant crucian carp in sour cream is my husband's favorite dish, he is our only lover to "conjure" over bony fish! This dish can be served hot or cold, whichever you prefer.
Ingredients
- fresh crucian carp 1 kg
- onion 1 pc.
- red onion 1 pc.
- lemon pepper with ginger to taste
- tarragon to taste
- melted butter 3 tbsp
- sour cream 100 g
- milk 100 ml
- salt to taste
- greens to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Clean the fish, gut.
Step 2
Make oblique cuts on the back.
Step 3
Brush the crucian carp with melted butter, salt, sprinkle with lemon pepper and tarragon. Fold into a baking dish, sprinkle with rings of red and onion.
Step 4
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Dilute sour cream with milk. Pour the mixture over the fish. And put in the oven again.
Step 6
Cook for 20 minutes, cover with foil if necessary.
Step 7
Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!
