Fragrant honeysuckle meat sauce
Very aromatic seasoning for kebabs, steaks, game and other meat dishes. This sauce can be prepared for the winter.
Ingredients
- honeysuckle 500 gr
- sweet pepper 2 pcs
- 1 head garlic
- chili 1 pc
- basil 3-4 sprigs
- mint 3 sprigs
- parsley 3-4 sprigs
- salt to taste
- sugar 6 tablespoons
- vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
- grape vinegar 1 tbsp
- Kotanyi pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Tear off the leaves from the greens and chop them finely. Put chopped herbs in the future sauce, salt to taste, pour in vegetable oil and add sugar and Kotanyi pepper to taste. Cook for another 20 minutes over low heat.
Step 2
This sauce can be prepared for future use. Convenient jars with screw caps (I take small ones) are sterilized. Pour hot sauce into jars, cover and turn upside down until cool. I have this sauce well in the closet, in the apartment. Of course, if possible, it is better to store it in a cool place (refrigerator, cellar).
