Fresh cabbage soup in chicken broth
If there is a young green cabbage, then you definitely need to cook cabbage soup from it. They will be very different from the usual ones. but maybe they will become the most beloved, since the soup turns out to be vigorous, fresh and very aromatic
Ingredients
- 250 g young cabbage
- 150-170 g potatoes
- 1 liter chicken stock
- half onion
- 1 carrot
- 20 g butter
- 1 boiled chicken breast
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop the cabbage, cut the potatoes into strips. Add to boiling broth. Cook until vegetables are fully cooked.
Step 2
Chop the onion and carrot into small pieces at the same time. Fry in butter until golden brown, 5-6 minutes. Add the contents of the pan to the broth for 2-3 minutes. until the end of cooking.
Step 3
Cut the chicken or disassemble it by hand into small pieces. Rub the plates with a clove of garlic, cut in half. Divide the chicken into bowls and top with the prepared soup. Serve the cabbage soup hot.
