Mackerel ceviche with tomatoes

A spicy fish appetizer in which the fish is marinated in citrus juice with cilantro and chili. Fish lovers will love it!

Mackerel ceviche with tomatoes
Ingredients
  • mackerel s / m 1 pc.
  • lemon juice 3 tablespoons
  • lime juice 3 tbsp
  • orange juice 3 tbsp
  • green onions 2 pcs.
  • 5 pcs.
  • chili to taste
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1 pinch (s)
  • vegetable oil
  • sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • cherry 5 pcs.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Mackerel should be gutted and milled. Cut the fillet into 2 cm pieces.
Step 2
Squeeze citrus fruit juice and marinate fish pieces in juice. Send to refrigerator for 1 hour. Stir several times.
Step 3
Slice the onion, chop the cilantro and chili. Remove the mackerel from the refrigerator, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in herbs and pepper.
Step 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add to the ceviche. Season with oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
