Ingredients
- fresh mackerel 2 pcs.
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- fresh dill 1 bunch (s)
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
It's simple, but sooo delicious! Gutted mackerel, wash well and dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Cut fresh tomatoes into rings. Put tomato rings and dill sprigs in the belly of the fish. Place fish on the grill rack and secure. Oil the fish.
Step 3
Fire up a brazier with wood in advance. When the coals remain, bake the mackerel until tender on the wire rack.
