Naval macaroni with seaweed
A hearty second course with a nautical twist! Naval macaroni, which means that seaweed is not prohibited.
Ingredients
- pasta 200 g
- pork 150 g
- onion 1 pc.
- seaweed 50 g
- butter 2 tablespoons
- salt
- pepper
- Bay leaf
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cook the meat until tender with sweet peas and bay leaves. Scroll it in a meat grinder or grind it in a blender.
Step 2
Chop the onion and fry until golden brown in butter with the addition of vegetable oil. Place the seaweed in a skillet with the onion and fry for another 3 minutes. Add boiled meat and heat everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Cook pasta aldente. Send pasta to the frying pan for the minced meat, mix. Pour in a little broth in which the pasta was cooked, put the bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste and cook for a couple of minutes.
