Ingredients
  • flour 500 g
  • salt to taste
  • fast-acting yeast 2 tsp
  • butter 100 g
  • chicken egg 2 pcs.
  • vanillin 2 g
  • egg yolk 1 pc.
  • fresh frozen blueberries 3.5 cup (s)
  • sugar (70g for dough, 150g for filling) 220 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, 1 tbsp. l. sugar and 2 tbsp. l. flour. Stir, leave in a warm place for 20 minutes. Add eggs, the remaining sugar, sour cream, melted butter, salt to the dough, mix. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Then divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Roll out one, most, part of the dough and put in a greased round dish.
Step 3
The second part of the dough is also rolled out and cut into strips 1.5 cm wide. Combine 2 pieces into pigtails-flagella.
