Pancakes classic
Ingredients
- eggs 3 pcs.
- milk 1 liter
- flour 250 g
- butter 100 g
- soda
- vinegar
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- 1 pinch salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We break the eggs, separating the yolks from the whites. We put the container with proteins in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Grind the yolks with salt and sugar.
Step 3
Pour in milk.
Step 4
Add flour and beat with a mixer.
Step 5
Sink butter over low heat.
Step 6
Pour the heated butter into the dough, add slaked soda with vinegar and beat again.
Step 7
We take out a container with proteins from the refrigerator. Beat the whites into a strong foam, transfer them to a container with dough.
Step 8
Mix the dough gently.
Step 9
We heat the pan, drown the butter on it (only for the first pancake) and proceed to frying the pancakes. Fry pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
