Pasta with mint pesto and bread crumbs
What could be tastier than pasta for lunch? We recommend Massimo Bottura's pesto pasta recipe. By the way, the Italian chef added some bread crumbs to the classic pesto sauce - very Russian style.
Ingredients
- 600 g fusilli
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l. coarse salt
- grated parmesan for serving
- 120 g mint leaves
- 200 g basil leaves
- 50 g parsley leaves
- 25 g stale bread crumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2.5 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. l. sea salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil water in a large saucepan, add salt, add fusilli, cook according to package directions. Throw in a colander, shake off water, mix with pesto, pour over with olive oil.
Step 2
Divide the pasta over warmed bowls, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
