Pineapple curry with vegetables
Ingredients
- canned pineapple 100 g
- bell pepper 1 pc.
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- zucchini 1 pc.
- honey 2 tsp
- curry 1 tbsp
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the canned pineapple into small cubes and rinse it under cold water. My vegetables. Peel the zucchini. Cut the tomatoes and zucchini into small cubes. Cut a pod from the bell pepper, remove the core and seeds and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Put all the chopped vegetables and pineapple in a bowl, add curry and honey, mix well. Leave the contents to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Next, put vegetables in a frying pan (without adding oil), cover with a lid and simmer them for 10 minutes. Then remove the lid and, stirring occasionally, cook the vegetables until the liquid evaporates completely. Salt a little and mix.
