Pizza with tuna, seaweed and parmesan
Ingredients
  • canned tuna 200 g
  • canned seaweed 100 g
  • cherry tomatoes 150 g
  • tomato sauce 5 tbsp
  • grated parmesan 70 g
  • mixture of peppers to taste
  • dried oregano-to taste
  • milk whey 1 cup (s)
  • whole grain flour 2 cup (s)
  • wheat flour 1 cup (s)
  • olive oil 4 tablespoons
  • sea salt 1 tsp
  • sugar 1.5 tbsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare the dough in a bread maker. To do this, lay out all the ingredients for the dough in the sequence shown - whey, olive oil, flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Turn on dough mode. At the end of kneading, leave the dough in the bowl for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the dough into pieces, roll each into an oval. Brush the tortillas with tomato sauce, cut into halves of cherry tomatoes, seaweed, tuna slices, and top with a mixture of peppers, oregano and grated Parmesan.
Step 3
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
