Puffs with cheese and seaweed
Ingredients
- puff pastry 250 g
- Dutch cheese plates 100 g
- dried seaweed 2 handfuls
- ground paprika (to taste)
- pepper mix (to taste)
- egg yolk 1 pc.
- a mixture of black and white sesame seeds for sprinkling
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pour the seaweed with hot water beforehand, let it swell and discard in a colander.
Step 2
Defrost puff pastry, roll out slightly, cut into squares. Put half of the cheese on them in plates.
Step 3
sprinkle with paprika, ground pepper on top and put 1 tsp on the cheese. seaweed.

Form puffs, blind the edges, leave the middle open.

Brush the puffs with egg yolk and sprinkle with the sesame mixture.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (until golden brown).
