Roasted quince seasoning with lingonberries, honey and pink pepper
Ingredients
- 1 large quince or 2 small
- 4 st. l. Teddy bear
- 80 ml lemon juice
- 400 g lingonberry
- 1 tbsp. l. pink peppercorns
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Wash the quince with a brush, wrap in foil and bake in the oven until soft, about 35 minutes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine honey, lemon juice and lingonberries. Bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the baked quince, finely chop the pulp and add to the lingonberry. Crush the pink peppercorns in a mortar and add to the seasoning. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve with meats, poultry, cheese or pancakes.
