Sandwiches with ham, scrambled eggs and cream cheese
Quick-to-make healthy bread and seed sandwiches can be offered to the family for breakfast or as a snack. They can also be cooked in nature with children by taking a pre-baked omelet from home.
Ingredients
- toast bread with seeds pieces of 3 pcs.
- processed cheese "Cheeseburger" Hochland slices 3 pcs.
- chicken eggs 3 pcs.
- fresh tomatoes 2 pcs.
- lettuce leaves 3 pcs.
- mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
- ham mugs 6 pcs.
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp
- 1 pinch salt
- ground black pepper 1 pinch
- parsley sprigs 2 pcs.
- flour 2 tsp
- milk 4 tbsp. l.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare the necessary products for cooking.
Step 2
Wash and dry lettuce and tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Put salad leaves on slices of bread. Put 2 cups of ham and tomatoes on the salad.
Step 3
To make an omelet, combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper and whisk.
Step 4
Heat oil in a frying pan and pour out the egg mass. First fry the omelet on one side for a few minutes, so that the top of the omelet also grasps a little.
Step 5
Using the spatulas, gently turn the omelet to the other side and bake for a couple of minutes.
Step 6
Place the omelet on a platter and cut into slices slightly larger than a slice of cheese. Of course, a round omelet won't make perfect squares. You can cut rectangles and arrange them into squares.
Step 7
Put the omelet slices on top of the ham and tomato circles and brush them with mayonnaise.
Step 8
Place slices of Hochland cheeseburger on top of mayonnaise. Decorate with a tomato circle and parsley. Put sandwiches on a platter and serve.
