Spring rolls with seaweed and mushrooms
Delicious, juicy, crunchy spring rolls. Vegetarian and very suitable for vegetarians and fasting.
Ingredients
- seaweed (pickled) 50 g
- carrots (spicy) 50 g
- young cabbage 50 g
- champignons 2 pcs.
- cilantro 3 sprigs
- green onions 1 pc.
- chili (pickled) 1 pc.
- soy sauce 3 tbsp
- apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
- sesame oil 2 tablespoons
- brown sugar 0.5 tsp
- salt to taste
- sesame seeds 0.5 tsp
- rice pancakes
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut fresh champignons into thin slices. Sprinkle a little sugar, drizzle with soy sauce. Leave for 10-20 minutes,
Step 2
Cut the young white cabbage into strips. Cut the greens into larger ones. Prepare the seaweed and carrots.
Step 3
Mix vegetables and mushrooms gently.
Step 4
Soak a rice pancake in water. Put it on a wooden board moistened with water. Place the filling in the middle and fold into an envelope.
Step 5
Prepare the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and sesame sauce for the spring rolls. Serve with the sauce.
